Familiy
Team spirit is our familys main source of strength – we draw energy, spirit and inspiration from four generations of the Pollak Family living in Unterretzbach and the neighbouring Schrattenthal.
Since the seventies Oskar and Luzia Pollak have enlarged their agriculture and viniculture business in Unterretzbach to the high level of quality it enjoys today.
In summer 2007, Ramona and René followed in their parents footsteps.
René took responsibility for cellar, viniculture and the sales department, while Ramona takes care for Management and Marketing. Oskar and Luzia still assist René in the vineyards maintenance, fruit growing and agriculture. Ramona and Luzia attend to producing and selling meat, pickles, marmalades and compotes.
Close work-relations and family ties affiliate us to my brother Harald and his wife Sonja, who use our products in their restaurant Retzbacherhof.
Last but not least this very strength of our family enterprise was quoted as an example in the book Clan Value, The Pollak-Clan takes care of the well being of body and soul.
